- Salt and pepper
- Lea & Perrins steak sauce
Season with salt and pepper and grill to desired doneness, brushing with the steak sauce.
Grill Sauce
- Sweet pickle relish
- Hellmann’s mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- Touch of cayenne pepper
Whip ingredients together and spread on roll.
Toppings
- American cheese
- Iceberg lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Slices of raw red onion
- Kosher dill pickle slices
- Brioche roll, toasted
