Ginger-Scallion Stir Fry Sauce

- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- ¼ cup minced ginger
- ¼ cup minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- ½ cup hot peanut oil
In a blender, combine the cilantro, green onions, ginger, garlic, sugar, and sesame oil and blend until a paste forms. Remove and spread evenly on a sheet pan. Slowly pour the hot oil all over it. Season with salt and pepper, cover, and refrigerated until needed.
