Green Bean & Radish Salad

- 1 cup radishes
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup sweet peas
- ½ cup red onions
- 1 tablespoon garlic chips*
- ½ cup peppers
- ¼ cup parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- ½ cup honey mustard dressing
- *For garlic chips, slice whole garlic cloves into thin slices, cook gently in oil until golden brown, then strain and let cool.
In a salad bowl, toss all ingredients until combined and evenly dressed. Season well with salt and pepper. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
