Salsa Verde Pizza Sauce

- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup roughly chopped basil
- 1 cup flat leaf parsley, stems removed
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 shallot, roughly chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
In the bowl of a food processor, combine all ingredients and process until finely chopped. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
