Veggie & Beef Kabobs With Spicy Steak Rub

Kabobs are a simple and filling meal. They’re great for tailgating, entertaining, patio dining, or just busy weeknights. Kick things up a notch with this spicy steak rub.
- 2 pounds Certified Piedmontese kabob meat or sirloin, cubed
- 1 large onion, cubed
- 1 each medium sweet yellow and red bell peppers, cubed
- 2 tablespoons Dry Steak Rub
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Place beef, cubed onion, cubed bell peppers, and dry steak rub into a large re-sealable plastic bag. Shake until well combined.
Thread steak, onions, and peppers onto wooden skewers, alternating until full.
Grill over medium heat for 12 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness. Turn often to avoid burning.
Remove from grill and sprinkle with additional steak rub, if desired. Serve warm.
