This unique steak rub brings rich, smoky flavors to your favorite cuts of Certified Piedmontese beef.
- 2 tablespoons finely ground coffee beans
- 1½ tablespoons raw brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Rub on your favorite Certified Piedmontese beef cuts before cooking.
