Korean Meatball Sauce

- 1 cup gochujang sauce*
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- Meatballs, for serving
- Sliced green onions, for serving
*Gochujang is a Korean red chili paste with a concentrated and spicy, slightly sweet flavor. Find it in the Asian section of grocers or online.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients and heat until incorporated and hot. Transfer cooked meatballs to sauce and coat. Garnish the meatballs with sliced green onions.
