Honeycomb Baked Brie - The Perfect Holiday Appetizer

The Perfect Balance of Melty Cheese and a Sweet Heat.


Look no further for the perfect holiday appetizer than our baked sourdough bread, filled with melted brie cheese and honeycomb. This delectable combination of flavors and textures will impress even the most discerning palate at your next gathering.

Ingredients:

• 1 sourdough bread loaf (bowl shaped)

• 1 8oz Brie wheel

• 1 small honeycomb (about 4oz), you can also substitute with regular honey or your favorite jam/jelly

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tsp each: chili flakes, Italian seasoning

Preparation:⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

• Preheat your oven to 350°F

• Slice the top of your bread and place the brie cheese wheel on top

• Carefully carve around and remove the bread filling

• Add honey to the bottom of your bread and then top with the brie cheese

• Optional Step: make downslices in the bread with a sharp knife around the brie wheel for easier tearing and sharing.

• Add olive oil and spices around the top of your bread!

• Bake for 30 minutes, serve and enjoy!
