Nutrition has long been Dede's Achilles heel as an athlete. Introduced to Certified Piedmontese in 2017, Dede finally found a protein source that was (1)easy to digest, (2)provided excellent protein, (3)provided excellent iron, and most importantly, (4)is delicious and a pleasure to eat.
"I'm a lifelong picky eater. Foods are too chewy, too stringy, or too hard to digest. Including CP beef in my diet several times a week has been a game-changer. It kept me healthy and competitive as a professional into my 50s! That's something!"
