INGREDIENTS
- Certified Piedmontese Peppery Beef Bacon
- Certified Piedmontese Ground Beef Patties
- Sliced American Cheese
- 2 Finely Sliced Onions
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- Salt and Pepper; to taste
- Buns
- Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Mayo
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Dill Pickle
- Salt and Pepper; to taste
DIRECTIONS
1) This recipe works best on a large flat-top griddle, so it can be cooked all at once but can still be made separately on the stovetop.
2) Add 2 tbsp of butter to the griddle or pan layover a handful of finely sliced onions, and season with salt and pepper. Once translucent, about 7-8 mins, add vinegar and stir to combine.
3) Griddle your bacon to your desired crispiness. It takes about 3-4 minutes a side.
4) Season your patties with your favorite seasoning blend. We recommend a salt, pepper, and garlic powder mix. Grill on each side for 4-5 minutes, and top with cheese.
5) Butter your sliced buns and toast them on your griddle till you get a beautiful golden crust.
6) Assemble your burger with sauce on the bottom and top bun.
Sauce
1) Combine all ingredients and chill in the fridge
