Arugula Steak Salad With Oranges & Pomegranate

Peppery arugula, savory steak, juicy orange slices, and tangy pomegranate seeds come together for a light and bright winter salad that’s perfectly balanced when paired with our lemon-ginger poppy seed dressing.

  • Arugula
  • Orange slices; peel, pith, and membranes removed
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Red onions, fresh or pickled
  • Sliced or slivered almonds
  • Certified Piedmontese center-cut ribeye steak, grilled or broiled and sliced

Lemon-Ginger Poppy Seed Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated or minced ginger
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and whisk or shake until emulsified.
