Citrus-Garlic Marinade

- Zest of one lime, one lemon, and one orange
- ½ cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- ½ cup fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup garlic cloves
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 jalapeños, chopped
- ½ cup parsley
- 4 cups vegetable oil
In the bowl of a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and pulse until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
