Fruit & Walnut Steak Salad

- Grilled Certified Piedmontese skirt steak, sliced against the grain
- Mixed greens
- Apples, sliced
- Toasted walnuts
- Dried cherries
- Blue cheese crumbles
Combine all ingredients and toss in Maple Vinaigrette (recipe follows).
Maple Vinaigrette
- 1 generous tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, whisk ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
