Horseradish & Garlic Aioli

Rich, savory aioli is a go-to addition to the perfect burger, and this one is complemented by tangy horseradish.
- 4 ounces roasted garlic
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 ounces horseradish
- 2 ounces Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- ¾ cup olive oil
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the roasted garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, horseradish, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, and pulse on low speed. Slowly add oil with the food processor running. Serve at room temperature.
