Mango Jalapeno Relish

- 2 cups diced mangos
- 2 jalapeños, minced
- ½ cup minced sweet onions
- ½ cup roasted red peppers, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- ½ cup finely chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a non-reactive container and refrigerate.
