Steak and White Cheddar Panini

- 1 cup sliced red onions slice thin
- 1 loaf ciabatta bread/ or favorite cottage style bread
- 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
- 6 ounces sliced Certified Piedmontese Boneless Ribeye steak
- 4 slices white Cheddar cheese
- cooking spray for pan
Heat the panini press. Spray the pan with non-stick spray. Then place the first piece of bread down on the pan. Add all the toppings in the order you wish (cheese, Certified Piedmontese steak, red onion, horseradish)
Put your top piece of bread on and close the panini press for 3-5 minutes until the bread is nice and toasted and golden brown. Enjoy!
