Tart blackberries pair nicely with a sweeter bourbon in this cocktail. Add a splash of blackberry liqueur for a more pronounced berry flavor.
- 2 parts bourbon
- 2 parts ginger ale
- 2 to 3 large blackberries (per cocktail), plus more for serving
In an old fashioned glass, muddle two to three blackberries. Add equal parts bourbon and ginger ale. Add ice and stir. Top with more blackberries before serving.
