- 4 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons coarse ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well blended.
Store mixture in an air-tight container. Rub the seasoning blend on steaks, kabobs, roast, or vegetables, or mix directly into ground beef.
