- 2 lbs Certified Piedmontese Tenderloin Tips
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 12 small white onions
- 1/2lb. Mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsps. Parsley
- ¼ tsp. thyme
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup burgundy
- 1 bay leaf
- Rice to serve over
Shake beef, salt, pepper, and flour together in a Ziploc bag.
Then add all of the ingredients to the casserole dish and mix slightly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours. Serve over rice and enjoy.
