An Update to Our Shipping Policy

At Certified Piedmontese, our mission has always been simple: deliver premium proteins from trusted American farms directly to your doorstep with the quality, care, and transparency you deserve.

Shipping frozen and perishable products nationwide is no small task. From insulated packaging and cold-chain protection to reliable transit times and careful fulfillment, every order requires a significant investment to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Over the past several years, nationwide shipping costs have continued to rise across the board — especially for temperature-sensitive food products. While we have worked hard to negotiate fantastic rates with UPS and optimize our fulfillment operations, the true cost of safely shipping premium proteins throughout the country continues to increase.

As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency, we are updating our shipping policy moving forward.

Updated Shipping Rates

New Changes:

  • All Ground and Air Shipments will incur a flat $30 shipping charge.  While this does not fully cover our shipping and material costs, it subsidizes those costs without requiring price increases on our products due to them.
  • Overnight Shipments, or locations requiring Overnight Service to arrive within our freshness standards (like Hawaii and Alaska), will incur a $90 shipping charge.

These updates allow us to continue investing in:

  • Premium insulated packaging
  • Reliable cold-chain protection
  • Sustainable shipping materials
  • Fast and dependable transit times
  • The overall quality and integrity of every shipment we deliver

Rather than simply increasing product prices across the board to offset rising freight costs, we believe this approach creates a more transparent and fair shipping structure for all customers.

Our focus remains the same as it has always been: Delivering premium, American-raised proteins directly from our family of farms and partners to homes across the country — without compromising on quality, sourcing standards, or the customer experience.
